Calibration of the vibration sensors by laser-holographic methods

The procedure of calibration of vibration sensors taking into account all advantages and possibilities of laser and holographic interferometry is stated, the results obtained while experimental testing of the procedure are demonstrated. The equipment for calibration of the sensors on spring suspensions is described.
