摘要

The characteristics of shrinkage kinetics curve of compacts of W-(Ni - Fe) 10 percent with particle size less than 200 nm sintered in hydrogen atmosphere was researched by high temperature dilatometer. And the influence of the particle size of W and green density on commence shrinkage temperature, sharp shrinkage temperature and shrinkage rate were also investigated. It shows that the commence shrinkage temperature and sharp shrinkage temperature of the compact with ultrafine grain are 970 deg C and 1240 deg C respectively. The maximum shrinkage rate is 0.11 percent/deg C. The shrinkage ratio decreases with the increase of green density and increases with the increase of sintering temperature.
