摘要

The edges penetration at EB welding of compact XH36TЮ paramagnetic alloy with 48КHФ paramagnetic alloy depending on structural features of welded joints with thickness up to 35 mm is investigated. It's stated that parallel with difference of thermal properties of welded material the penetration grade is significantly defined by the electron beam position according to butt. This position can be changed under action of magnetic fields generating during EB welding. Analytical dependencies for the edges penetration grade determination at EB welding of dissimilar materials as well as examples of the compact and multi-layered alloys are given.
