PC server operating technologies

In recent years, many customers have begun using PC servers for office processing or information processing systems because the use of PC servers can greatly reduce the purchase costs of equipment. The overall costs associated with an information system are referred to as the total cost of ownership (TCO). Many information technology (IT) managers regard TCO reduction as an important element when building a computer system. Toshiba has developed and supplied useful management tools such as an easy installation tool, a quick maintenance tool against system failure, and a remote maintenance tool, in order to reduce TCO. In addition, Toshiba has provided LAN connection capability in a remote maintenance tool, which improves flexibility of system configuration.
