The necessity of the account of phase dependences of factor of reflection is reasonable at designing broadband radio absorbing coatings for protection from short pulses. The features of reflection of symmetric and asymmetrical pulses are described. The technique of a choice of optimum phase dependences of factor of reflection is offered.
