The exploding growth of network technology and e-business make a various way of the network usage. We take notice of Service Level Agreement (SLA) which is customized by each customer to conform a variety of network usage. This paper describes SLA-management Activities, Service level metrics, Measure methodology and show the OSS architecture model for SLA-management. And report the subjects about measurement system and difficulty to get the metrics in a strict sense.
