Phacomorphic intermittent angle closure in a patient with retinopathy of prematurity and lenticular high myopia

A 43-year-old woman was referred with a 1-week history of a painful, red left eye and blurred vision. Her previous ocular history included retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), left amblyopia and left strabismus surgery in childhood. She was a high myope with a spherical equivalent of -8.5 D in both eyes. She had a history of medically controlled hypertension.
