摘要

The results of studies of the Mikhailovsky Mining Complex magnetite concentrates flotation by means of Cominco column flotation machine are presented. Main operating parameters (throughput, air and washing water supply rates, etc.), as well as reagent regime and metallurgical results of flotation concentration are determined. Flotation of concentrates produced by means of existing technology and featuring 66.2 percent iron content permitted to obtain high-grade concentrates with 69.8 percent iron content (SiO_2 content - 2.8 percent) and standard concentrates with 60-65 percent iron content, total iron recovery per operation being 88.2-95.7 percent. Testing results are used in design of flotation section intended for production of concentrates to be utilized in metallization operations at the Mikhailovsky Mining Complex.
