浮选机——浮选柱联合新工艺生产含钼57钼精矿

金堆城钼业集团有限公司针对常规浮选机工艺生产含钼57%钼精矿存在的问题,进行了浮选机、浮选柱联合浮选新工艺的研究、设计及工业试验.通过流程优化和浮选机、浮选柱联合,充分发挥了浮选柱分选精度高、浮选机回收能力强的优势,生产出的钼精矿含Mo全部≥57%,无低品位的副产钼精矿,精选回收率达到98%以上.%In view of the problems in conventional flotation process for the preparation of 57％ molybdenum in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group, studies on new technology and its design and the industrial tests of machine-column joint flotation are carried out. Through process optimization with joint of machine-column flotation, the advantages of high separation efficiency and high recovery by machine-column joint can be fully played, and all molybdenum concentrate grading at Mo ≥57％ is produced with no low-grade by-product concentrate and more than 98％ of recovery rate.
