Requirements to the technology of installation of a gravel filter in directional and horizontal wells

Hydrocarbon production from producing reservoirs, which are formed from unstable incompetent rocks, is accompanied by transfer of particles of reservoir rock to the well thus causing formation of clay and sand plugs at the downhole or in the tubing. Installation of a gravel filter in the well is one of possible variants of solving this problem.
