On construction of a model of historical development cycles with regard to acceleration processes

The rate of growth and evolution of a man changes cyclically among generations resulting in the change of physical and psycho-physiological characteristics of an individual. A society consisting of accelerated people promotes leaders and resonancely responds to their activity by creating, in its turn, fluctuations and even jumps in the development of civilization. When a secular cycle of acceleration terminates the activity of the majority consisting now of nonaccelerated individuals sharply reduces in different directions.
