The diagnosis of stator windings of the generators directly under load

摘要

The paper discusses multi-parameter diagnosis of high-voltage insulation of stator windings of big electrical machines, such as turbine and hydroelectric generators, under operating voltage directly under load. The potentialities of avoiding plan-prophylactic testing are demonstrated that considerably in-creases the machines' utilization with retained reliability.
