摘要

For the purpose of achieving both power combining and frequency stabilization, the present paper treats a power-combining oscillators system including an injection-locked one, and investigates a two-oscillator system theoretically and experimentally. We derive power-combining efficiencies vs. the frequency-difference between an injection signal and a locked oscillator, and bandwidths of synchronization for various coupling phases. Particularly, it is shown that the complete power combining is obtained in a wide range of the coupling phase if the free-running frequency of a locked oscillator equals an injection signal frequency. This oscillators system is stabilized with smaller injected power than a power-combining system locked wholly.
