摘要

A base station on fiber radio systems should be as possible as simple because small cell systems, such as ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) or wireless LAN, require numerous base stations. We demonstrated 2.5-GHz band radio signal transmission by the base station without external electric power supply. The base station consists of a uni-traveling-carrier photodiode (UTC-PD) and an electro-absorption modulator (EAM).
