摘要

Principles of construction and characteristics of multiregime multibeam low-voltage electrovacuum power amplifiers of multymeter waveband are discussed. Amplification more than 20 dB can be achieved in the frequency band of 5...15 %. It is shown that the developed direction can lead to creation of a new generation of mean power microwave devices for radar and telecommunication systems of millimeter and sub-millimeter wavebands.
