摘要

The mesoporous Ti0_2 spheres have attracted increasing interest as active and scattering layers of photo anodes in DSSCs, because of their continuous and tunable mesoporous structures with large specific surface area. The aim of the present research work is the preparation of mesoporous Ti0_2 nanospheres for the applications of DSSCs. Well crystalline mesoporous anatase Ti0_2 spheres were sub micrometer sized and consist of packed nanocrystalline with diameters of about 200 nm and main pore sizes of 5 nm. The thickness of the active layer was controlled to 3, 7, 12, 16 and 23μm. The maximum efficiency of 7.02% was obtained for the thickness of 16 μm. Scattering layer of the mesoporous spheres were increased the efficiency of P25 coated DSSC.
