Non-invasive methods of diagnosis of pathological formations in hypothalamo-hypophysial region of children and adolescents with cerebral-hypophysial nanism

摘要

Rapid introduction of the latest methods of diagnosis, including tomography based on the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon, into clinical practice is typical of the last decade. This method of non-invasive diagnosis is the most efficient one in revealation of microadenomas and other pathological formations in hypothalamo-hypophysial region. On the basis of personal observations the authors conclude about the significant diagnostic value of the method above as compared to others and recommend to use it more widely at diagnosis of children and adolescents with cerebral-hypophysial nanism.
