摘要

The insecticide resistance mechanisms of 18 natural populations of Musca domestica collected in the Moscow, Tversk and Pskov regions of Russia, and also in Egypt, and of 3 laboratory races, were studied. High levels of resistance to organophosphorusinsecticides and pyrethroids were caused by high activity of detoxifying enzymes (non-specific esterases, monooxygenases and glutathione-S-transferase) and in a number of cases resistance in esterases (including cholinesterases) was observed.
