摘要

In order to control root disease of fruit trees caused by Helicobasidium mompa and Rosellinia necatrix, double stranded RNA (dsRNA) was tested as a biological control method. Isolated dsRNA was identified as H. mompa totivirus 1-17 and R. necatrix anti-rot virus (RarV).
