Differences of hospitals' organisational climates and nurses' intent to stay: Nurses' perspectives

摘要

This is an interesting study in which the authors have measured two variables using a questionnaire, which are organisational climate and nurses' intent to stay. The former is composed of several factors such as administrative support and quality of care, each measured by several questions. The intent to stay variable is simpler; it is just whether a nurse wants to stay measured by five related questions.
