摘要

The compression and reconstruction algorithm of the medical image is important in image sampling, storage, and transmission. Currently, the sampling time of the medical image is long and the sampling data is large. In view of the disadvantages, we put forward the compression and reconstruction algorithm of the medical image based on compressed sensing. Firstly, this paper analyzes the sparse representation method of medical image. Then, it designs the sampling matrix of the medical image and optimizes the design of the sampling matrix. Finally, it describes the method of medical image reconstruction. The experimental results showed that the algorithm achieves good results in the compression ratio and PSNR aspects.
