摘要

Reactions of alumina cement are greatly affected by the temperature at which it is used, and it is well known that the elusion rate of the cement, the timing/rate of hydrate generation, and the kind of hydrate generated, are quite different' . Therefore it has been used in conjunction with the fluid characteristics, the reaction time, and the curing period, according to the ambient temperature at the time of use. In addition, the hydration of alumina cement mainly produces phase transformations (transition reactions) with dehydration under the influence of temperature, resulting in changing strength properties. Therefore it is necessary to consider these reactions in the design of castables.
