摘要

Trough the various crushing treatment for the used bricks of AOD furnace, recycled raw materials for reclaimed brick were attained. Using these materials, magnesia chrome reclaimed bricks were manufactured to compare with the ordinary brick containing none of recycled material on the various properties. Results revealed the following acknowledge. According to better separation of coarse parts and matrix parts from the used brick, recycled material possessing the qualities near the ordinary raw material was obtained. The further research on the practical use of these materials will be essential to resolve a problem that great quantities of fine particle are generated. The results of this research can be applied to not only the fused magnesia chrome material but also the fused magnesia and the other fused material.
