摘要

In the 1980s, research on the application of the Laser Flash Method (hereafter referred to as LF method) to the measurement of thermal conductivity of refractories was actively carried out". However, it was pointed out that the application of the LF method to refractories containing coarse grains was very difficult because the size of test specimens for the LF method was too small at that time. More recently, a new apparatus (see in Table 1) in which the specimen size was substantially increased was developed and the ambient surrounding of the LF method changed substantially.
