摘要

Computer model of a double-layer thermoelement with periodically profiled surface taking intoaccount temperature dependence of kinetic coefficients of thermoelectric materials has beendeveloped. The temperature, current density and electric potential distribution in thermoelementworking medium has been found. Optimization of thermoelement geometry, transversethermoEMF and efficiency has been made.
