1. Industrial research regarding the production of moderate-temperature coke from Kuznetsk long-flame coal in a bed gasification unit with air injection shows that, in terms of its physicochemical properties, the coke obtained matches the best carbon reducing agents for the electrothermal production of ferroalloys, phosphorus, and calcium carbide. It may also be effective in applications outside the blast furnace, as a component of coking batch, as an adsorbent, and as a smoke-free fuel in industry and in the home. 2. The Karbonika-F technology permits the creation of an ecologically benign system for the production of semicoke and electrical and/or thermal energy when using B1-B3, D, and G coal, including small classes.
