JVIR reached a historic milestone by exceeding 1,000 new manuscript submissions in 2013. This marked a nearly 40% growth within the last 3 years. It is yet another affirmation of the Journal's expansion and prominence as the leading publication in interventional radiology and endovascular research. I thank the physicians and scientists of every continent who entrust us with their work, and for their hope in seeing it published in JVIR.
