摘要

Effect ofdifferent bioinoculants on growth ofJatropha curcas and status of fungal species in rhizosphere in fields were studied Diversity in microbial population was recorded amongst all the bioinoculants studied. Aspergillus and Penicillium sp. was recorded to be the most prominentflora amongst the 12 Genera recorded. Few mycelia sterilia forms were also recorded Positive microbial interaction is observed in the current study between rhizopheric flora and various treatments. Interaction is evident from the remarkable increment of total leaf phosphorus, phosphatase activity andprotein content ofthe treated plants. Therefore, from the current work it can be said that rhizophericflora have an impact on biofertilizers which affect the growth and development andofJ. curcas plant.
