Operational Experience with a Toxic-Vapor Collection and Exhaust System in the Tar-Distillation Department

Atmospheric emissions may be reduced on the basis of operational experience with a toxic-vapor collection and exhaust system. In line with the environmental-protection policies at OAO Magnitogorskii Metallurgicheskii Kombinat (MMK), a toxic-vapor collection and exhaust system was introduced in the byproduct-processing department within the coke plant in 2008.
