A Note from the Editorial Staff: The following is a personal remembrance of Dr. Henry A. Yancey Jr. written by his wife, Cheryl. Admired by his friends for his quick wit and sense of humor, Dr. Yancey was also valued by his patients for his genuine and compassionate care. His leadership roles included being Historian for the Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons? (ABJS?) and Editor of The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
