Washington DC Chapter

In October 2003,the Washington DC Chapter held a regular meeting,hosted by BAE Systems in Aspen Hill,Maryland.This was a remarkably productive meeting on two levels:the Chapter continues to chart its recovery from the Dark Ages of the previous years,and as part of that process,has undertaken a full review and update of its Charter and By-Laws.
