摘要

The formation of a CaTiO3 mixture produced by using a mechanochemical method and the thermal properties were investigated by using X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron mi-croscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), and Fourier transform infrared analysis (FT-IR). In the XRD experiments, 45-min milling of the CaO-TiO_2 (anatase) mixture made it possible to synthesize CaTiO_3. The [121], [040], and [240] planes of the crystalline CaTiO_3 compound were observed after a 120-min milling time (t_m). The CaTiO_3 mixtures milled for about 120 min or more consisted of many fine particles of about 1020 nm for the Scherrer method. According to the XRD patterns, the best crystalline CaTiO_3 single phase was produced with a 60 min milling and an annealing at 600 °C for 120 min
