摘要

This paper presents a study of robustness of analog controllers (PI, PID), Fuzzy logic controller in the case of superheated steam temperature system with perturbations in system parameters gain (K), delay(L) and time constant (τ). The superheated steam temperature system is of fifth order model. It is reduced into delay plus first order model by minimum area method. The robustness of analog controllers and fuzzy logic controllers is compared with 20% variation in each of the system parameters (K,L, τ) by using delay plus first order model of Superheated Steam Temperature System. To eliminate the offset between the set point and simulated response, hybrid controllers (analog + fuzzy) are also studied for superheated steam temperature system.
