Stability Analysis of a Few LNA Topologies for UWB Communication

In this paper, we present stability analysis of a few topologies for ultra wideband (UWB) low noise amplifier (LNA) for application in wireless communication. The stability analyses are selected on the basis of location of poles in s-domain and complexity of the device design. Here, we provide a theoretical treatment of the proposed topologies before their practical implementation.
