Dermoscopic features of a collision tumour composed of a pigmented basal cell carcinoma and a melanoma.

A 70-year-old man was referred to our department for a pig-mented lesion on the scalp. His medical history was relevant for a melanoma in situ, lentigo maligna type, which had been removed from the frontoparietal region 4 years before. In the periodical follow-up, a pigmented lesion was observed encircling the scar (Fig. la).
