RESEARCH ON EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OF SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE ENTERPISES IN ENGINEERING MACHINERY INDUSTRY FROM SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PERSPECTIVE

摘要

With the development of globalization, a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises spring up in China. This includes SME of mechanical engineering. Due to increasing competition among enterprises, the threat of an economic depression hangs over the world, there are many negative phenomena. Therefore, from the perspective of corporate responsibility, it is particularly necessary to study machinery engineering SMEs. Based on the environmental analysis, theoretical discussion, the perspective of CSR and the way of Analytic Hierarchy Process, this article sets up machinery engineering SMEs evaluation system from different stakeholders, namely investors, employees, consumers, society, resources and environment, a total of 17 indicators in five areas and evaluates. The results of this research have important reference for machinery engineering SMEs management and business evaluation.
