摘要

Using force floating die, numerical simulation of the cold precision forging process of spur gear is made by software DEFORM-3D and the influence of technological parameters on spring-back is investigated. The spring-back process is divided into four stages, which are loading stage, unloading stage, ejecting stage and ejected stage. Based on above dividing, a FEM analysis model is given. The influences of friction factor and maximum forging load on the tooth profile are studied. The results show that spring-back value of the spur gear increases with increase of the friction factor and the maximum forging load is not obviously related to the spring-back value in the situation that tooth filling is good.
