To conduct effective meetings, one must be aware of the fundamentals of group dynamics and be able to apply them. Also, a staff meeting should be conducted only after an adequate amount of thought has been put into planning. In the planning stage, decisions are made as to what the meeting should accomplish and win) will attend. A specific agenda should be set. But, planning the meeting is only the first step in running an effective staff meeting. The second, and equally important, step is conductingthe meeting.
