ObjectivesPeroxisome proliferator activated receptor-gamma (PPAR-) has been shown to play an important role in the control of immunological and inflammatory responses. This study aims at investigating the potential role of rosiglitazone, a strong PPAR- agonist in a murine model of bronchial asthma.
