The 31st Annual International Waterborne,High-solids,and Powder Coatings Symposium will be held February 18-20,2004,at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans,Louisiana.Organized by the School of Polymers and High Performrance Materials at The University of Southern Mississippi,the symposium will offer papers related to chemistry and physics,formulation and physical properties,performance and engineering,as well as new and emerging,technologies of waterborne,high-solids,powder,and other advanced coating systems.
