Reply to 'Comments by Professor A. Apelblat on The Degrees of Dissociation of Weak Multibasic Organic Acids' published in the Journal of Solution Chemistry 36, 787-792 (2007)

摘要

The main ideas of the "Comments" are expressed by the following sentences: "... the degrees of dissociation can be defined differently [1, 2, 8]" and "... for polybasic organic acids, the term of "degrees of dissociation" can be differently defined and therefore have different meanings". Thus, it is not forbidden to suggest various determinations of the degrees of dissociation and in our paper we use this possibility and the right to comment on various terms for this quantity.
