PT Indopoly Swakarsa (Indonesia) expands slitting capacity for BOPP & tobacco packaging films

PT Indopoly Swakarsa Industry with its head office in Jakarta, is a long established customer of Atlas & Titan slitter rewinders, having installed their first primary and secondary film slitters as long ago as 1996.In July 2009, commissioning was completed on a new 8.2 m wide Atlas CW984 primary film slitter, together with one Atlas CW800 secondary film slitter and one CW500 slitter for tobacco packaging films. Recent expansion in production of BOPP film at their main plant in Purwakarta, approx. 80 km east of Jakarta, required additional slitting capacity for this increased production.
