In this work, the semileptonic decays of the scalar charmonium state X _(c0) and the pseudo scalar charmonia states η_c(1s) and η_c(2s) into D_s and D mesons are analyzed. The form factors of the transitions X_(c0) → D_s(D)?ν and η_c(1s, 2s) → D_s(D)?ν are calculated within the framework of the three-point QCD sum rules.
