In its annual recognition of innovative offshore E&P technologies, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) has announced the 13 technologies that were selected for 2010 Spodight on New Technology Awards. The awards will be presented at 4 p.m. on 3 May at the conference, which takes place 3-6 May at Reliant Park in Houston.
