Arkansas Supreme Court: Turk dispute must go back to Public Service Commission

The Arkansas Supreme Court, in a victory for Southwestern Electric Power and its 600-MW John W. Turk Jr. coal-fired power plant under construction in Hempstead County, ruled the Hempstead County Hunting Club jumped the gun when it sued the company in federal court last year in an effort to halt the $1.7 billion project.
