摘要

We were pleased to read the article "Cesarean Scar Defects: an Underrecognized Cause of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding and Other Gynecologic Complications" by Tower and Frishman [1]. We fully agree that awareness of cesarean scars as a cause of abnormal uterine bleeding is still lacking among most gynecologists and their patients. We welcome the effort made by the authors to give a complete presentation of the clinical implications of cesarean scars.
