Derrick stack sizer~(TM) screen - high efficiency fine particle size separation

The breakthrough technology introduced by Derrick Corporation in 2000 was stack sizer screening machine. The most efficient, highest capacity, fine wet screening machine in the world, consists of up to five vibrating screen decks stacked for a total effective width of 6.0 m. These decks are positioned one above the other and each deck has its own feed box. Two screen surfaces cover each deck which is equipped with undersize chute that discharges into a common launder with a single outlet. Similarly, the oversize hopper collects the oversize product from each deck and sends out through a common outlet.
