Summit Texas Clean Energy to Construct Plant for Clean Power From Coal

The US Department of Energy has awarded a cooperative agreement to Summit Texas Clean Energy LLC for the Texas Clean Energy Project to design, build, and demonstrate an integrated gasification combined cycle electric generating facility, complete with co-production of high-value products and carbon capture and storage.
