Westmoreland sells Caballo royalty rights to Natural Resource Partners

Natural Resource Partners has acquired the rights to a fixed royalty stream on 225 million short tons in Wyoming from Westmoreland Coal subsidiary New Horizon Coal. The reserves are in the Rocky Butte Reserve and are being worked by a Peabody Energy affiliate at the Caballo mine.
