摘要

It is well known that long-term vibratory loads have a significant influence on the reliability and service life of the critical engineering structures. In this connection the development of new techniques for processing the experimental vibrodiagnostic data - which are the primary information for the theoretical resolution of the reliability and service-life problem - is an extremely important and urgent task. We examine the mathematical aspects and examples of the use of wavelet analysis to process the experimental data that are obtained by direct vibration measurements on the real engineering structures.
